BEGINNER FAQ

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SHOW UP

Something else on your mind? ASK US DIRECTLY

No. We welcome all skill levels. Many people come in with no formal armwrestling experience at all.

Practice usually includes table time, technical help, controlled pulling, and watching experienced pullers. New pullers should start light, ask questions, and focus on learning safe positions.

Everyone is different, but consistent pullers often spend the first few months learning safe positions and the first year building table sense.

Some early soreness is common around the elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand. Sharp pain, numbness, or pain that keeps getting worse is not something to push through.
